These latches are sold individually as they are designed for the Packout Compact Tool Box (aka Ammo Can), which has only one latch.
They will fit any of the following:
Packout Ammo Can 48-22-8422
Packout Compact Cooler 48-22-8460
Packout Rolling Tool Chest 48-22-8428 (requires 2 latches)
